      <description>errno = 126 (EPOWERF) means the SCSI driver could not complete the&lt;BR /&gt;read/write requests within specified&lt;BR /&gt;     timeouts.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The device in question can be found using:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;dev: b 31 0x080100&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ll /dev/dsk | grep 080100&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would update your fibre channel patches and if that doesn't help, have HP hardware check out the above disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>The disk is actually a virtual array...The array controller shows no problems with any of the disks within the array..and none of the other fibre cards are having any problem writing to the virtual array...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will look into updating the patches for the fibre card though..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>The drivers are the correct version for this machine....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will have to wait to update the EFI version until next month&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It looks like I need to update the firmware from 2.2 to 2.3 for the bad fibre card...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also notice the 960 maximum frame size (for the bad card)- it's 2048 on all of the other cards.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have the steps to do this?</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You do need a firmware upgrade for the card that is having problem, You may not need that patch since you have another card on the system that is at Chip revision 2.3 and supports frame size of 2048.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;look at your fcmsutil output for the two cards.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for /dev/td0,&lt;BR /&gt;XL2 Chip Revision No is = 2.2&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;amp; for /dev/td1,&lt;BR /&gt;XL2 Chip Revision No is = 2.3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regds&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
