    <description>Do you get any error message?? If yes what it is??&lt;BR /&gt;Check dmesg, syslog.log.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you do any changes on the system?? What does arm server log says??</description>

      <title>AM60Srvr cannot started</title>

      <description>I try to start the AM60Srvr and hparray daemon but it failed to start. Below is the steps that I do to start the daemons :-&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/hparray start&lt;BR /&gt;# ps -ef | grep hparray&lt;BR /&gt;    root 26413 10417  1 03:39:39 ttyp2     0:00 grep hparray&lt;BR /&gt;    root 26401     1  0 03:39:26 ttyp2     0:00 /usr/bin/ksh /usr/lbin/hpC2400/hparrayrc&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# /sbin/init.d/hparamgr  start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# ps -ef | grep hparamgr &lt;BR /&gt;    root 26537 10417  1 03:41:25 ttyp2     0:00 grep hparamgr&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# ps -ef | grep hparray      &lt;BR /&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;    root 26539 10417  0 03:41:34 ttyp2     0:00 grep hparray&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# /sbin/init.d/iagnostic start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# ps -ef | grep diagnostic&lt;BR /&gt;    root 26592 10417  1 03:42:18 ttyp2     0:00 grep diagnostic&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# /opt/hparray/bin/ARMServer&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;    Copyright (C) 1995 Hewlett-Packard Company&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# ps -ef | grep ARMServer&lt;BR /&gt;    root 26730     1  0 03:43:35 ?         0:00 /opt/hparray/bin/ARMServer&lt;BR /&gt;    root 26745 10417  0 03:43:47 ttyp2     0:00 grep ARMServer&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# /opt/hparray/bin/AM60Srvr&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;    Copyright (C) 1995 Hewlett-Packard Company&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# ps -ef | grep AM60Srvr&lt;BR /&gt;    root 26801 10417  1 03:44:22 ttyp2     0:00 grep AM60Srvr&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# amdsp -a array&lt;BR /&gt;The AM60Srvr did not respond.  It may not be running or it may still be&lt;BR /&gt;in the process of initializing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advice.</description>

      <description>How long did you wait to do the "amdsp -a"?  Sometimes it takes a little time to startup.</description>
