      <description>stop and start the swagent&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/swagentd stop&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/swagentd start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and then try swlist. If still doesn't work check if you have /var/adm/sw or not and directories like products, patch and software</description>

      <description>can you check as,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# swlist @ &lt;HOSTNAME&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Restart swagentd from /sbin/init.d/ locaiton.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;May be a problem with target selection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Muthu&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/HOSTNAME&gt;</description>

Close all swinstall windows or sam.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Check status of swagentd&lt;BR /&gt;# ps -ef | grep swagent&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Stop swagentd&lt;BR /&gt;# /usr/sbin/swagentd -k&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3. Restart swagentd&lt;BR /&gt;# /usr/sbin/swagentd -r&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;4.
