    <description>Did you check the hostname/ip_address??&lt;BR /&gt;Do you see any other errors?? Check syslog.log/dmesg&lt;BR /&gt;Also do you have /var/adm/sw dir in place and fine?</description>

      <description>stop and start the swagent&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/swagentd stop&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/swagentd start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and then try swlist. If still doesn't work check if you have /var/adm/sw or not and directories like products, patch and software</description>
