My OS is HPUX 11.11.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/adapters/events/raid_adapter/0_6_1_0 is &amp;gt;= 1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Its current value is CRITICAL(5).&lt;BR /&gt;Event data from monitor: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Event Time..........: Sun Jan 22 17:36:17 2006&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Severity............: CRITICAL&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Monitor.............: dm_raid_adapter&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Event #.............: 2                   &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;System..............: hpuxprod&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Summary:Adapter at hardware path 0/6/1/0 : CISS: RAID160 SA adapter is now online.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My Raid Card is A7143A RAID160 SA.&lt;BR /&gt;Is a problem with my hardware??&lt;BR /&gt;Please help.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;David&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Shalom David,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Run cstm/mstm/xstm and make sure the card is okay.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look at the syslog /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log for further input.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the disks hanging on the card are still functional, its probably just a configuration issue of the scsi id's of the disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the card is nonfunctional, have hardware replace it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
