      <description>Hi (again):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm sorry, I don't understand what you expect.  If you read or execute a file, the lastaccess timestamp ('mtime' as reported by 'ls -ul') is updated to reflect that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some backup utilities will reset the lastaccess timestamp to what it was before the backup (copy/read), but otherwise, the above applies.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;...JRF...</description>
