    <description>grey,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;looking at attachment, you have afailed disk&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SCSI Channel:ID        = 4:8&lt;BR /&gt;   Enclosure              = 3&lt;BR /&gt;   Slot (0-based)         = 1&lt;BR /&gt;   Disk State             = NO RESPONSE&lt;BR /&gt;   Disk Group and Type    = 0913A40001430F2AE5 LUN&lt;BR /&gt;   Capacity               = 0.0 GB&lt;BR /&gt;   Manufacturer and Model = NO_VENDOR NO_MODEL &lt;BR /&gt;   Serial Number          = NO_SERIAL_NUM&lt;BR /&gt;   Firmware Revision      = NO_FW_REV&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also your bdf shows that the file system is filling up aswell especially /var at 97% and you have other errors like this&lt;BR /&gt;vxfs: mesg 001: vx_nospace - /dev/vg00/lvol4 file system full (1 block extent)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;These should be looked at aswell, as may be part of the problem. Are there any other messages in syslog?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andy&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
