    <description>Yes - looks like a bad disk....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you do a vgdisplay -v /dev/vg01&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check the disks in a ioscan -fnC disk&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are they NO_HW?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you diskinfo them?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;diskinfo /dev/rdsk/cXtXdX&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try the dd to /dev/null - any errors?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rgds...Geoff</description>

      <description>HI Jeef,&lt;BR /&gt;Looks liek you have disk problem. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just see what are disk/PV's used by thise filesystems and then use dd to rectify the priblem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# dd if=&lt;DISKDEVICENAME&gt; of=/dev/null&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this throw out any error then you have a bad disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;REgards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DISKDEVICENAME&gt;</description>
