      <description>Check the permissions of the recipent's mailfile. The permissions on the recipient's mail file should be 660. If you have access to the server where the mail is being delivered then check it yourself or ask its administrator.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In a nutshell the recipient's mailfile should have the octal permission 660.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cheers!</description>

      <description>Assuming that "mailx" is being used, check the permissions on /usr/bin/mailx, they should be read and execute for user, group, and other.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run, as root, mailq -v -d and see what other permissions or ownership problems there may be.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;mark</description>
