Can someone point me to the download for the newest diagnostic software for HPUX 11.11 ?

I seem to have trouble finding it.

The latest version, which the 3 messages above all point to, is HWE0509 (A.49.10; see http://www.docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stm_upd.htm#table).

You should also download the latest patch for that version - http://docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stm_ptch.htm should show the latest patches; unfortunately it is not completely up-to-date.

The current patch to apply to A.49.10 is PHSS_34166.
