Appears to be an HPMC, usually a hardware issue.
What does the /etc/shutdownlog say?
Did it save a dump in /var/adm/crash?
Get a call logged with your local HP Response Centre

Shalom,

You lost an important peice of hardware.

CPU, something the system can not live without.

Its time for an immediate hardware check and hardware repair call.

If the system has GSP/CSP, it will have a record of the failure.

Well, it seems reinstalling the system fixed it...for now.
