Migrating users

Hello,

I need to migrate users from an hp-ux 11.0 untrusted system to an hp-ux 11.23 trusted system. Is there any way to accomplish this?

You could convert the 11.0 system to trusted and then transfer the tcb directories to the 11.23 system.

HI Brad,

I would think you'd also want to ftp the /etc/passwd, /etc/group files and then concatenate them in as well as tar & ftp the /home dir contents. Check for duplicates before you cat the files in as well as extract the home dirs.
