    <description>You might try installing the latest stape patch for 11.11, PHKL_33425. Despite the similar model numbers these are quite different drives.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What does ioscan -fn display?</description>

      <title>C7497B DDS4 PROBLEM</title>

      <description>HI,&lt;BR /&gt;I have a problem with a DDS4 C7197B.&lt;BR /&gt;I replace my unit DDS4 C7197A on my hpux rp2470 by a unit DDS4 C7197B.&lt;BR /&gt;The problems is, it is not recognized by the system hpux 11.11, i tried with 2 units Tapes DDS 4 C7197B and the 2 units are not reconized. But when i connect a DDS3 Unit, this is recognize.&lt;BR /&gt;I check the dip swicht on my DDS4 C7197A and C7197B, this is ok.&lt;BR /&gt;What is the problem?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>C7497B has seen this problem occassionally.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A fix for it can be for HP hardware to add a term power cable to the device.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
