      <description>Can you post the output of:&lt;BR /&gt;vgdisplay -v &lt;BR /&gt;and&lt;BR /&gt;strings /etc/lvmtab&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I susspect you have a corrupted lvmtab file and need to resore it with vgscan after you save the old /etc/lvmtab file to lvmtab.sav or something like that.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;strings /etc/lvmtab&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If all as well there, it may merely be a bug.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I found removing vxvm fixed these errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
