Remote printer is like a dump printer. any options passed to are treated as null. You can not do that on printer defined as remote. You will have to add it as network/hppi printer if it has ip and supports PCL.

Hi
I realize that on a remote printer setup on HP-UX I cannot employ lp with -oduplex to print specific reports in duplex. Is there any way around this for a RICOH-AFCIO 1060 (PCL 6) printer?
Regards
Graham
