Hi I received following error

the monitor bocome blur and scroll up with this error
and i rebooted already, but the question is ...why it happened??

Hi SBZ,

The error should have been given by the "streams" based application who uses STREAMS/UX product in your environment.

The reason for the error is
tcp_bind bad state, -4 which indicates
an attempt was made by the application to access a port which was already in use.
