    <description>Hi SBZ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The error should have been given by the "streams" based application who uses STREAMS/UX product in your environment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The reason for the error is&lt;BR /&gt;tcp_bind bad state, -4 which indicates&lt;BR /&gt;an attempt was made by the application to access a port  which was already in use.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi I received following error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;**************STREAMS/UX****************&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR subsys:STREAMS Loc:0012324524 12:44:53 50259930 1 T:5321 82 tcp_bind bad state, -4.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the monitor bocome blur and scroll up with this error&lt;BR /&gt; and i rebooted already, but the question is ...why it happened??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SBZ&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
