    <description>Hi:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;'vxupgrade' uses a lock file (.fsadm) in the lost+found directory of the filesystem to insure that only one instance of it runs at a time.  You can create the lost+found directory if it isn't there (it should be).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;...JRF...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;On HP-UX 10.20, I entered vxupgrade -n3 /ora and the error showed vxupgrade: cannot open /ora/lost+found/.fsadm. The lost+found directory is not there.  What's the problem?</description>
