    <description>Hi Khashru,&lt;BR /&gt; If ps output shows just the time, that means the process was started within the last 24 hours.  If it was longer ago, then you just get the date.  'man ps' will tell you this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andrew&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>How can i find out weither a daemon is restared or not. I restarted cron daemon few hours back. Where i can find the log?</description>

      <description>dear khashru,&lt;BR /&gt;please go through the following steps&lt;BR /&gt;#cd /sbin/init.d&lt;BR /&gt;./crond start &lt;BR /&gt;then check #ps -ef |grep cron&lt;BR /&gt;if the out put is ok then cron demon is atarted &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;Baiju</description>
