      <description>Hi, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HP UNIX 11.11. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I receive the following in syslog and dmesg : -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; vmunix: ltpi_icmpv4_parse_msg: failed to pull up inner IP header&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any clues as to what this message means. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Graham.</description>

      <description>Graham,&lt;BR /&gt;seems to have something to do with ipsec and encapsulation of packets.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not much help, sorry!</description>

      <description>this could be a known issue if there's an OC3.2 (ss7) system involved and if a ping command was issued ... if the above is the case then apply OCSCTP.P1232 OCS patch first and see if things disappear</description>
