Require Java 1.3 for Itanium server running HP-UX v2?

Hi. I have an Itanium based rx4640 Unix server running HP-UX 11.23 (v2) O/S. The server came with java 1.4 & 1.5, but for the software I am trying to load I require Java 1.3. Can someone please provide me with the URL of where I can download this version from.

Side note from HP:

Following Sun Microsystems' obsolescence process, the end of life for the 1.3 release line is scheduled for End December, 2006. We encourage you to upgrade to the latest 5.0 or 1.4 Java products.
