Just go to software.hp.com

http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B6191AAE

and locate the right version for you (I guess you are running HP-UX 11.11)

Use swinstall to install the depot, uninstallation is not needed. The swinstall will manage the configuration for you. Since HP-UX 11.00 the is no reboot needed.

you wrote

"...after installation of the Diagnostics Bundle/ September 2005."

So you already did an update.

But I think you are running stm on the first server to test a second remotly. You have to update the software on the second too.

Hi,

You have two versions installed on this server.

Sup-Tool-Mgr.STM-UI-RUN B.11.11.15.13
Sup-Tool-Mgr.STM-UUT-RUN B.11.11.16.09

This is causing the error. Download and install the latest stm version in the link Torsten gave you.

More info about the latets release.
http://docs.hp.com/en/diag/st/str_0606_11i.htm

Regards,
Robert-Jan

Did the installation finished without errors?

I just did an upgrade (even with the user interface running for testing purposes) and while the swinstall process was running I saw entries from both versions in swlist.

After my installation was finished, only the new entries are displayed.

The reported version is now A.5200 for 11.11.

I guess the installation of the current version will solve your problem.
