      <description>i have a problem in in my database server Hp unix 11.11 wheare oracle 8.1.5is loaded. problem is, in my alert log i found some error message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:ioctl failed with status: 12&lt;BR /&gt;ORA-27301: OS failure message:; Notenough space&lt;BR /&gt;ORA-27302:  failure occurred at:; sskgxphypr3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can any one help what is this error releated.and also in my syslog i found the bellow message continuous.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; May 24 10:57:35 l2 cmcld: Automatically restarted service bpll2 for the 56802th&lt;BR /&gt;time after failure.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Syslog shows service guard daemon restarted the service due to some issue. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any errors on the SG package log file?&lt;BR /&gt;Have u checked the file sys usage? preferably ora db fs?</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ioctl() fails if one or more of the following are true: IOC_OUT is&lt;BR /&gt;      ignored if an error occurs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;           [EBADF]        fildes is not a valid open file descriptor.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;           [ENOTTY]       The request is not appropriate to the selected&lt;BR /&gt;                          device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;           [EINVAL]       request or arg is not valid.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;           [EINTR]        A signal was caught during the ioctl() system&lt;BR /&gt;                          call.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;           [EPERM]        Typically this error indicates that an ioctl&lt;BR /&gt;                          request was attempted that is forbidden in some&lt;BR /&gt;                          way to the calling process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Rajesh</description>
