    <description>Alex,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can use omnir to restore from command line.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;--&lt;BR /&gt;ex: To perform a full restore of tree "/ac" on filesystem "bb:/", with&lt;BR /&gt;      no label, from the session "1994/07/12-2":&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# omnir -filesystem bb:/ -full -session 1994/07/12-2 -tree /ac&lt;BR /&gt;---&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For details:&lt;BR /&gt;# man omnir &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;Raj.</description>

      <description>G'day all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I dont have access to the omniback GUI and am required to do a restore.       <description>here is the command&lt;BR /&gt;first get the session ID you want to restore using omnidb -sess -datalist &lt;DATALIST name=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;then run omnidb -sess &lt;SESSION id="" you="" got=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;will give you all the objects in that session and then you can run the restore command using&lt;BR /&gt;omnir -no_preview -filesystem &lt;OBJECT name=""&gt; -sess &lt;SESSION id=""&gt; -tree &lt;TREE name=""&gt; -as &lt;WHAT place="" you="" want="" to="" restore="" to=""&gt;&lt;/WHAT&gt;&lt;/TREE&gt;&lt;/SESSION&gt;&lt;/OBJECT&gt;&lt;/SESSION&gt;&lt;/DATALIST&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Alex,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To restore from command line use omnir .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The omnir command restores objects backed up using Data Protector.  Refer to man pages of omnir for more details.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Indira A</description>
