      <description>Do you have the host (HBA) configured in the EVA? Is the right OS Type set?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you presented the Virtual Disk to the host?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you check your zoning configuration in the switches (if used)?</description>

      <description>When you configured the host, did you selected the HBA number from the dropdown or typed it in manually?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can connect to your switch, use:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;switchshow&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And ensure that all ports are online and you can see the WWID of the HBAs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cfgshow&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check your zoning configuration</description>
