sam internal error UILIB ERROR enable filter in SAM log

When I click on the "User(s)" button in the Current Filters, SAM Log Viewer for the second time (after it has already been enabled!), this error message pop up:

A sam INTERNAL ERROR has occurred!

UILIB ERROR:
ui_sel)item() returned UILIB_OCCUR_TOO_LARGE

Arguments were:
field_name: "g_userf_list"
occurrence: 40
action: 1

Why I got this error? This error is not documented in KMine web site. Is this a bug?

you are rigth .
search for this error and didnt found any info .

my advise is to install the new SAM patch :
PHCO_23876 - s700_800 11.00 cumulative SAM/ObAM patch

if it will not solve the problem call hp and open a case and WTEC team of SAM will handle the case .
