      <description>Hi Guys,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am getting following error when I run this command sudo -u basel ftp trmsrv06&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sudo: [ID 850335 local2.alert]  akhan22 : user NOT in sudoers ; TTY=pts/17 ; PWD=/home/akhan22 ; USER=basel ; COMMAND=/usr/bin/ftp trmsrv06&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here's my sudoers file looks like&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;akhan22 ALL = (basel) NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/ftp&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do any one know what I am missing here. What I am trying to achive here is to ftp trmsrv06 using basel id.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Anwar</description>

      <description>It looks ok to me.  Make sure you are using the correct (and updated the correct) sudoers file.  Run sudo -l.  This will show allowed commands for the current user.  Make sure your ftp command is listed there.  Post the results.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Paul</description>
