      <description>Well this indicates that Serviceguard is attempting to halt any packages running on this node, and it is either taking a very long time, or it is unable to halt the package.&lt;BR /&gt;You need to investigate and understand what is happening with the application shutdown for that package to see what is holding it up</description>
