Please find the attached two file. After restarting DNS service it can resolve the host by hotsname but when i try to resolv by ip it fail. Do i need to add this new zone information in any other place.

Shalom,

You need to add a reference to it in the /etc/named.conf file.

If you have done this and restarted BIND then probably there is a mistake in the zone record. You should start over using a working zone record as a template.

SEP
