      <description>run&lt;BR /&gt;cstm&lt;BR /&gt;issue the map command&lt;BR /&gt;that should requery all devices&lt;BR /&gt;sel dev xx where xx is the device you want info on&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;infolog to query specific device&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;info to display information&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some third party equipment cannot be scanned by stm.  I have some IBM tape drives that do show incomplete.  Also equipmentthat has come out since the version of stm you are using may not be recognized.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In your case, select one of the incomplete devices&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sel dev 7&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;do an info on it&lt;BR /&gt;then do an infolog.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the info and infolog fail, then cstm does not recognize the hardware for diagnostic purposes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can try installing/upgrading to the latest stm software to see if it recognizes the equipment in question</description>

      <description>Shalom Rene,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many of the devices are on the same PCI bus adapter. I suspect an issue with the system board or pci slot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>What version does STM show when you start it up?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For the tools that show "Information Incomplete", what do the Tool Activity Log and Tool Failure Log show?  (In cstm, do 'ial' and 'ifl' after selecting the devices which had the failures.)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andrew</description>
