    <description>lin.chen,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does it actually log off, or does it lock the screen?  If it's a screen lock, you can disable this in the CDE screen options.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Mark</description>

      <description>There are multiple possibilities.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do they have a setting of varibale? TMOUT&lt;BR /&gt;If set, it will log out of a session after after certain time of inactivity on keyborad. The value is in seconds.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have a firewall in between? It could be a setting on it.</description>
