    <description>Hi Zungwon,&lt;BR /&gt;  It's not necessarily a problem, it could simply mean that there have been no errors reported on your system (unlikely, you may think, but not unheard of).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, it would be as well to check that you do have a recent version of the OnlineDiags installed, and that the daemons and monitors are running.  diaglogd and diagmond should be running, plus others dependent on the hardware and OS version.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andrew</description>

      <description>Hello everyone.&lt;BR /&gt;When I run stm &amp;gt; logtool utility &amp;gt; view &amp;gt; raw log OR formatted log, stm said that current log file not exist so it cannot proceed..&lt;BR /&gt;/var/stm/logs/os/ directory have no *.log files, *.fmt files and also *.log.cur file. &lt;BR /&gt;How can I fix this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks...</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tell us your OS and patch level (uname -a)&lt;BR /&gt;Tell us what version of stm(swlist -l product | grep diagnostic)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Often times the version is out of date or Online diagnostics need to be swremoved and swinstalled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes a specific patch is required.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
