aC++ core when compiling

I am using aC++3.56 (HP ANSI C++ B3910B A.03.56) on HPUX 11.00 PA-RISC 64bit. I kept getting core dump (Signal 11) when compiling a particular cpp file and I could not understand why.
Does anyone seen/experience this issue before and have a working solution?

Hi,

aCC 3.56 is bit old, you can try upgrading it. Check PHSS_33941 and PHSS_35098

Hi Arun,
PHSS_33941 was applied. I don'e know that is the latest patch I should applied up to this point. Is PHSS_35098 the latest?

The strange thing is that the compiler only cores on one file and not the others.

Hi Minh,

It's better you can try contacting HP Customer support to fill a bug. This could be a real bug or a known issue. I am really not sure about it. Does that specific file compile successfully using GCC ?
