      <description>I have swapped my fiber cable to other HBA card but the original card is still there.  Will ioscan -f clear those old path and NO_HW device</description>

      <description>Was the server rebooted? If yes it should not show up. As a last resort, you can use rmsf command.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you should use &lt;BR /&gt;rmsf -k -H hw-path&lt;BR /&gt;to remove the device definitions.&lt;BR /&gt;see man rmsf</description>
