When we are trying to run an application on a new 11.0 system we get a traceback which appears to propagate from a xtinitialize call. We have been applying various patches for the last few days, and still haven't resolved the issue. The program works as expected on 10.20 J class workstations. I'm including output from the traceback, what core and swlist. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can solve this?

I can't read the attachment .

What's the application and the vendor ... have they tested it at 11.00 ?

As far as I'm aware xtinitialise hasn't changed significantly between motif 1.# and 2.1 but some other things almost certainly may have.

Does the application work at all and if so what point does it crash with the errors/ core .

ps Motif is one of my weakest areas so if anyone else can help out on this one ......
