backdated top result

Can I get the top result or any other system performance command for backdated or previous date?
e.g for 1st of Nov on HPUX 11.11 server

Hi,
no, unless you had some logging in place at the time. The only thing that is logged automatically is errors such as in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log. Performance is not retrospectivly available.

Nope, unless you hace some cron job, that takes top snapshots and dumps it.

Most of sysadmins, put sa1 and sa2 scripts in cron. So you can use sar -f to get similar details.

sar command more to disk usage rite'?
Any command for cpu usage?

-u Report CPU utilization

Hi, if you have measureware installed on your server and you have a "midaemon" running on that server, you can run extract command to get performance history for CPU, Memory, Disk utilization ...

swlist -l product | grep -i measureware
MeasureWare C.03.72.00 MeasureWare Software/UX

Open to many threads.
Yes I have mwa running from on of the server.
I have pass the result o my HP Eng to analyse.
I am checking the glance features afterward.
Is it bundle with the mwa?

HP OpenView GlancePlus (Glance)
HP OpenView Performance Agent (OVPA)
HP OpenView MeasureWare (MWA)

note that these products are being discontinued.
