      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sorry, but I don't understand the previous answers - my NIS clients are configured with the NIS domain name. In the clients /etc/hosts there's only the client IP and hostname and a '+' at the end.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And NIS is working properly ...&lt;BR /&gt;Volkmar&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
