      <description>Hello all!!&lt;BR /&gt;I want to know what's mean the follows messages in syslog.log in my HPux  11.11 server:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can not open /etc/default/security file.  Default  password history depth 1 is used&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ATI Radeon 7000 not supported on this hardware&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help.</description>

      <description>The first message is easy.  There is a feature, introduced via a patch in 11.0, I believe, called /etc/default/security that allows you to specify security policies related to login and password requirements.  Do a man on security for further details.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The second message would seem to indicate that you have an unsupported device connected to your system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pete</description>

      <description>Hayse,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The second error that you are getting, is becuase an unsupported hardware on that machine, you will have to remove the drivers for it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best way to do it in this instance is by rebuilding kernel manually, you will have to reboot the machine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jaime.</description>
