      <title>CPU Utilisation low</title>

      <description>I've been monitoring one production d/b server where the CPU is very less utilised and it is between 5 to 10% always.Could there be anything I need to investigate as I receive alerts from openview with this message.Logically low cpu utilisation should not be a problem but I receive this alerts to investigate on this.&lt;BR /&gt;Could someone suggest on this?</description>
