CPU Utilisation low

I've been monitoring one production d/b server where the CPU is very less utilised and it is between 5 to 10% always.Could there be anything I need to investigate as I receive alerts from openview with this message.Logically low cpu utilisation should not be a problem but I receive this alerts to investigate on this.
Could someone suggest on this?

Hi,
unless you need the utilisation to be higher (because your application is being swapped off due to inactivity), I wouldn't worry.

Review your alarm level setting.

I would not worry, operview is a hugh software, and it gives you so many messages about everything sometimes, that I would go with Peter's suggestion and not to worry about this.

thanks for that..but I still wonder why this is
put as a alert and it says investigation required.

Talk to your OV admin, he is the one who configures alarm tresholds.
