    <description>Yes, it would help if you stated why you cannot download the patches....do you get an error when attempting to download?  Is your firewall setup such that you cannot download any files from the internet?</description>

      <description>Hello all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have many problems for download patchs in the itrc.hp.com. I can't download gzip, zip, ftp ,,,, i don't know why. For example, I want to download PHSS_33065 and all the dependenced patchs and it's not possible. Can help me someone, or other place where i can download them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advanced.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Please describe your download problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www5.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/search.do" target="_blank"&gt;http://www5.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/search.do&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;allows you to specify the patches for download.&lt;BR /&gt;From that patch number I suspect you are running HPUX 11.0 ? End of support is Dec 2006 !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can alos use the Patch Updater at &lt;A href="http://www5.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/searchBySystem.do?BC=main" target="_blank"&gt;http://www5.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/searchBySystem.do?BC=main&lt;/A&gt;|pdb| to help you get all the patches you need.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For the other software you can start with :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://mirrors.develooper.com/hpux/" target="_blank"&gt;http://mirrors.develooper.com/hpux/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>on your server, do&lt;BR /&gt; ftp ftp.itrc.hp.com with anonymous and your password of your email as password. Once you get in, cd hp-ux_patches/s700_800/11.X/&lt;BR /&gt;assuming your OS is 11.X this way the patches will be directly loaded onto your server. I feel your pain with download to PC..&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers.</description>
