Someone can say me which soft replace Jetdirect now ?

Please don't use WebJetAdmin on HP-UX. The correct software is called hppi (HP Printer Installer) and is located at:

The Web interface requires a web server to be setup on your HP-UX system and is designed to manage many different printers at the same time.
