Can someone please tell me where I can download it from?

What does the program do, where did you find reference to it ?

With just the info you have provided so far:

Hi,

there is no stat-command in HP-UX (as opposed to SGI IRIX, e.g.).

You can install the above mentioned fstat program or use perl - it has the complete stat() interface (man perfunc).
