      <description>When patching Oracle with accumulative patches, what does that mean actually?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I it is june 1st, 2006 and I load the cummulative for that month, does it include all the patches I need for 2005 - up to June 1st 2006 ????</description>
