      <description>The most common reason for swxxxxx commands to fail is bad hostname lookup which might mean that you have a network problem. It's also possible than someone has rm'ed files in /var/adm/sw --- and the very data needed to fix your problem is (or more properly was) located in, you guessed it, var/adm/sw. In any event, because of the nature of your problem, the best option if the IDB is corrupted is to restore from backup.</description>

      <description>Thanks Clay,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I do remember there was a document from HP for fixing corrupted IPD's.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea where i can get that?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
