      <description>It means you have hit the limit defined by the kernel parameter NFILE.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will have to increase NFILE, recompile the kernel and reboot.  In the mean time you may have to get some users to log off to free some spots in the file table.</description>

      <description>HI:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The message means that you have exceeded the maximum number of open files limited by the kernel parameter 'nproc'.  You should increase the value specified.  Be generous, very little kernel memory is required for this table.
