Ignite Client Install Error - Failed to copy config.sys

I am attempting to add a client from the Ignite GUI. This is the first client on this new Ignite Server.

( We have a test Ignite Server that we used for testing. )

The error message we get when trying to add the client is as follows.

ERROR: Failed to copy config.sys from /opt/ignite/boot/RelB.11.23/IINSTALLFS

I have the 11.23 versions installed.

The file /opt/ignite/boot/RelB.11.23/IINSTALLFS exists on the ignite server.

Even though everything was installed ...
removing the software and re-installing fixed the problem?
