could you please provide more details, as to what you call 'tcp behaviour' ? What is wrong with its behaviour ?

Are you looking for technical info on tcp/ip stack or configuration guides with ndd ...

Nice to see the annotated_ndd stuff still getting a read :) It is probably starting to get a bit out of date and could use an update or three :)

The suggestion to the message author to further expand on what sort of TCP troubles are being experienced is key. One does _NOT_ want to start making TCP (or any other) tunes scattershot without knowing more about the problem.
