Installing PHCO_36096 daylight saving patch

I'm trying to install PHCO_36096 patch for the daylight saving time change.

I can't seem to remember how to install a patch on the server. I'm running HP-UX 11.0

I have the patch in my /tmp directory. It seems like I need to use swinstall, but I can't seem to remember if I need to do something before that. It's been a while since I've done this on HP-UX.

All patches come with patch notes. These notes are always available on the ITRC Patch Database when you click the patch's link:
