system re-boot errors after ignite image installed

Hi,
I'm getting the follwoing errors after I installed a cloned IGNITE image on this server.

Ideas?

What was the ignite-ux command you used to created the tape? My first thought is that /tmp did not mount, and it is looking at an empty directory.

Godd point but I did exclude the /tmp directory.
Here is the command I used to create the original image:
/opt/ignite/bin/make_net_recovery -Ps -s 192.168.1.1 -x inc_entire=vg00 -x exclude=/var/adm/crash

Are you using VxVM? I know there have been issues with the versions of VxVM and Ignite. Also are you using the latest Ignite? It's C.7.1.

Yeah I'm using VxVM and the IGNITE version are all the same.
