PHNE_18172 patch loading problem.

Hi,

I am not able to load the PHNE_18172 patch (HP-PB 100TX cumulative patch) in HPK260/HPUX 10.20 system. swinstall is giving some error while compiling the kernel files.

I am able to load other kernel-related patchs successfully (PHNE_20628 etc.)

I need to load this patchs as my system hangs whenever the network Switch is switched off.

I am enclosing the "swagent.log" for you ref.

Please help.

Hi,

have you looked for the dependencies ?
Patch PHNE_18172 depends on PHNE_18924 (superseeded by PHNE_21216).
This could possibly eleminate your problem.

I could load the patch along with PHNE_21216.
