    <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to install the patches so Oracle will install.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I suspect a methodology issue here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) &lt;A href="http://itrc.hp.com" target="_blank"&gt;http://itrc.hp.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2) Click patch database&lt;BR /&gt;3) Click HP-UX&lt;BR /&gt;4) Use menu to choose 11.11&lt;BR /&gt;5) Search by patch ID.&lt;BR /&gt;6) Accept patches and DEPENDENCIES.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Continue steps 5 and 6 until you have a complete set.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then download the entire set and install them all.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note that you can't install Ansi C patches until you've paid for and installed Ansi C. Same goes for c++ and other possible required add in software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>I'm installing HPUX 11.11&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is a problem in Oracle installation stage on HPUX.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Oracle prerequsite check:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to install patchs above, but HPUX doesn't accept these patch.&lt;BR /&gt;Is there another way to solve this error?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;to verify which patches your system requires, please run the RDA script which is available from metalink.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When run, the RDA generates a report containing not only all the patches required on the OS but also other kernel settings as well as software dependencies.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hope this helps too!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kind regards&lt;BR /&gt;yogeeraj</description>
